- Report on project and estimate.
- Selection of the work team: translators, supervisors, coordinators, technicians...
- Creation of translation memories and working documents such as style guides, glossaries, and queries forms.
- Document format conversion, if needed.
- Translation stage.
- Linguistic review.
- Formatting review (proofreading).
- Files conversion to the original format.
- Technical review and qualilty control: linguistic/technical/functional testings.
- Trip to the customer's location for on-site editing, if needed.
- Pagemaking (DTP), if required.
- Final delivery within deadline.
